Chicago yogurt chain eyes New Haven location Joe Amarante, Register Staff A Chicagoland yogurt chain has set its sights on New Haven and two other state locations in an aggressive bid to triple its number of stores during the coming year and maybe stake a claim to the regional self-serve yogurt market from Boston to Washington. Forever Yogurt has eight stores in theChicago area, another is opening in a couple of weeks in Madison, Wis., and the 2-year-old company is looking to get 30-40 stores open in the coming year.
